You can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your menu optimization report.

Just reply to the email we sent you or fill out the form at upvaldo.com/contact to let us know. We’ll ask you to complete a quick form so we understand why — it helps us improve our service.

We’ll refund 100% of what you paid using the same payment method. No fees, no deductions. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

• Repeated refund requests or signs of abuse may result in denial and loss of future service eligibility.
